Artwork Provided By Palm Business Center

Art is billed as a one-time fee for services rendered per design.

Any fees for artwork will be paid up-front, before beginning work on your design.

Your artwork belongs to your order. 
        We will not allow others to print or reproduce your design without your permission.

No art fee for exact reorders.

Free simple and standard art with garment order for all churches and schools (K-12)

Final text approval, including spell checking, is the responsibility of the client.

Please Double Check the Spelling of ALL Names !!! 

Approving Your Artwork

The client will be responsible for verifying and approving the design before printing or embroidering takes place.  This includes verification that the artwork, spelling, sizing, and placement are all correct.

Policies Regarding Content

Palm Business Center has the right to refuse any order which contains language or graphics which we determine to be inappropriate.  The following examples should be used as guidelines:

References to schools must be positive or neutral.  We will not print anything that may potentially be conceived as being negative towards a school.

We will not print any offensive gestures, words, and/or graphics if references to a school is made.  This includes but is not limited to profanity, alcohol or drug use, or any illegal activities.

We will not print any derogatory racially motivated messages or graphics.

Embroidery Fees

Palm Business Center charges a digitizing fee for Embroidery of $75.00 or greater based on the complexity of the design.  Digitizing is the process of converting your design into stitches.
